• Model is 168cm tall, weight 46kg, and wearing XS size.

Return Policy
1. No exchange & no refund allowed during festive season due to overwhelming order & postage
2. Do not remove the tag, we will not be able to exchange your item without original tag
3. Do not make any alteration to the item received as we will not accept any return and exchange when you change the original condition of the item
4. Postage cost of return and exchange must be bourne fully by the customer
5. For any complaint and feedback raised after the 3 days of grace period will not be entertained
6. Complaint on defect item product(s) or promotion/discounted price will not be entertained
7. No exchange size once you have made a purchase (for preorder item only)
8. Once payment has been made and date has been confirmed, customers are NOT ALLOWED to change pickup date/postage as it might effect another customer pick up date.
9. A Gentle Reminder: Kindly record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. Required for any return or defect claim.

Refund Policy
1. We DO NOT offer any refund policy. Only exchange will be allowed with the same or higher price of the original item.
2. Please refer to our off white colour code before purchase any of the off white bridal collections.(Please refer in our T&C highlighted in our instagram highlight) For our ‘Bhaju Melayu’ collection please be aware that the collars may appear slightly darker due to the stiffening material used.
3. For any Raya collection/discounted/promotion price, we do not offer any refund/exchange.
